1. Registration and Access

The agency owner or an authorized representative must register and create the Master login. Then, a validation email will be automatically sent. After confirmation, access to the restricted area will be granted.

2. Sellers

Within the restricted area, you can register your sellers, who will receive an exclusive link from the agency. This link can be shared via social media, email, or messages. All sales made through it will be identified and tracked in the system, ensuring total transparency and control.

3. Booking Tracking

The agency has access to all bookings made. Each seller can only view the bookings they made or those made through their link.

4. Values and Commissions

All displayed values already include taxes, local fees, and a 10% commission (excluding fees). Prices are presented simultaneously in Dollars and Reais, including the agency's margin.

5. Payment and Confirmation

Once a booking is made, the Parcelow payment system processes the amount automatically. The payment is split directly, and the agency's margin is available for management on the Parcelow platform. After payment approval, the booking confirmation appears in your restricted area.

6. Property Access

Between 7 to 10 days before check-in, the following will be provided: property door code, Wi-Fi password, and other essential information for the guest.

7. Changes and Additional Services

If the client needs changes to the booking, cancellations, or wants to add options such as: Barbecue use, Pool heating, Extra cleaning during the stay, These services can be requested directly on the platform (when available) or through support.
